The Sands Ionized (Iodized) Resin Filter is an inline bacteriostatic filter that completely eliminates bacteria and viruses with a sterilization rate of 99.99%. With a flow rate of 0.75 GPM (2.8 LPM) and a service life of 2500 litres, the filter is ideal as a final stage polishing filter in RO and UV purification systems. The iodized resin releases controlled iodine ions that neutralize microbiological contaminants without affecting water taste.
