The Sands Demineralization Plant uses ion-exchange resin technology to produce high-purity demineralized water with near-zero TDS. The plant consists of an HCl-regenerated cation exchange bed and a caustic-regenerated anion exchange bed. Available in two-bed and mixed-bed configurations, the plant is suitable for applications requiring ultra-pure water such as pharmaceuticals, power plants, boiler feed, and laboratories. FRP or SS pressure vessels ensure chemical resistance and long service life.
